*FUNDS ARE NOT PRESENTLYAVAILABLE FOR THIS REQUIREMENT ANDIS SUBJECT TO AVAILABILITY OF FUNDS IN ACCORDANCE WITH FAR 52.232-18* The Regional Contracting Office-Soto Cano is seeking to obtain support to provide Line Haul Service between Soto Cano Air Base, Honduras to Multiple Locations in El Salvador. Contractor shall provide non-personal services The Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, flatbeds, lowboys, Removable Goose Neck (RGN), 10K forklift with extended forks at least 72 inches, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary to perform Contractor line haul services with drivers to transport supplies, materials, equipment, and containers safely and expeditiously to include where the Contractor shall coordinate with Soto Cano AB, JTF-B J-4 to accurately process all required entry passes documentation for deployment and redeployment before equipment arrival. The Contractor shall accomplish all services in coordination with the COR as defined in this PWS. The Contractor shall perform to the standards in this contract. POP: 07 April 2026 -15 May 2026 RFIs: On/around April 7 (deployment from Soto Cano to Ilopango): Once the 14 twenty-foot containers arrive at Ilopango after border crossing and customs inspection, will they be offloaded/staged at Ilopango that day, or will they remain on the trucks for follow-on movements to La Union and Chalatenango the same day or next day? Answer: The containers will stage at Ilopongo until they are ready to move o/a 12 April to respective locations. At no point will containers be removed for chassis. For the required agricultural cleaning (six 90 PSI pressure washers, 10% solution final rinse, 100% inside/outside): Will the initial wash occur at Soto Cano AB while containers are on the ground before loading, or is it only required at the border before crossing into El Salvador? Answer: There will be a wash at Soto Cano, Mr. Geronimo can speak on further details as he will manage that process. Not aware of additional �washings� after departure including at the border. PWS Says 5.2.3.12.1. Once all trucks with cargo arrive at Ilopango El Salvador, from Honduras, the El Salvador Customs team will inspect all containers. Once inspection is complete (18) eighteen trucks will move their containers to various training sites for drop off. See attachment #1. But attachement 1 says (14) fourteen trucks. is it 18 or 14? Answer: PWS updated, it is (14) fourteen trucks.
