Description

The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Omaha District, hereby announces the solicitation for �Gavins Point Winter Recreation Area Cleaning 2026-2031�. The solicitation will close on 16 March 2026. The solicitation is restricted to Small Businesses. Site Visit: A formal site visit will not be held; however, offerors are encouraged to make an on-site visit to the facilities and area prior to submittal of a quote. Specific tasks required will be outlined in the Performance Work Statement contained within the Solicitation document. Project Description: This is a non-personal services contract to provide cleaning and janitorial services for recreation areas and public use facilities within USACE, Gavins Point Project. The location of the services covered by this contract will be at USACE managed campgrounds, day use areas, public use areas/facilities and surrounding areas near Gavins Point Dam, located approximately four miles west of Yankton, SD on SD Highway 52. The Period of Performance for this effort is a 12-month base year + four (4) 12 month-option years. See Section 1.5 of the Performance Work Statement for a detailed Period of Performance breakdown of the active/inactive period of performances throughout the year. NAICS Code: The Primary North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this solicitation is 561720, Janitorial Services, with a size standard for Small Business of $22M.
