- This is a RFI / MARKET RESEARCH notice to request information for Government planning purposes only. Responses will assist the Government in planning its acquisition strategy for a potential future acquisition. The US Government is not committed to issue a solicitation or award a contract as a result of this announcement. The US Army Contracting Command - Detroit Arsenal (ACC-DTA) is seeking qualified and capable potential vendors. Since this is a Request for Information/Market Research and not a solicitation for receipt of proposals or quotations, the Government does not encourage questions concerning this market research. This Request for Information (RFI) is for the manufacturing of: Noun: GROUND HOP KIT NSN: 4910-01-115-6283 P/N: 12298101 NAICS Code: 334419 Other Electronic Component Manufacturing Export Control: Distribution Statement D Noun Description: GROUND HOP KIT is a ground support set used with the engine test stand (011156284) to conduct out-of-vehicle testing of power packs for the Bradley. The kit consists of two hose assemblies, two wiring harnesses, and two electrical leads. The Government is seeking to gain knowledge of interest, capabilities, and qualifications of various members of the community, to include both small and large businesses. If your company is interested and can demonstrate the firm�s ability, capability, and responsibility to deliver the equipment summarized above, we encourage you to complete the Sources Sought Notice attached. Information submissions must be received no later than 10 days following posting of this RFI. Responses should be addressed to MaKenzie Bailey, makenzie.d.bailey.civ@army.mil. This is not a request for proposal. This information is being requested for Government planning purposes only and does not commit the Government to any contractual agreement. The Government will not award a contract based upon responses to this announcement. The Government shall not reimburse or pay any costs for preparing or submitting information in response to this notice. Technical Data Package: A TDP is available. Always download the TDP. The TDP may be updated. The date on the top level drawing does not change when the specs or lower level drawings are revised. Technical Data Package List (TDPL) review date: 1/29/2026 Export Controlled. JCP Certification is required. You must request access to the TDP via SAM.gov and have JCP Certification. Joint Certification Program (EXPORT CONTROL): You must be certified under the United States/Canada Joint Certification Program (JCP) (https://www.dla.mil/HQ/LogisticsOperations/Services/JCP/) to be granted access to the technical data (TDP) for this solicitation.
