- Solicitation FA857126Q0048 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). Quotations should be emailed to patrick.madan.2@us.af.mil. Vendors are required to complete and sign solicitation document and return it with their quote. Requirement Description: The Contractor shall provide all transportation, materials, parts, travel, delivery, tools, training, and labor necessary to provide an upgrade to the Commanders Conference Room in Building 125, Robins AFB, Ga. Rewire audio visual equipment in the conference room, supply and install approved camera system, supply and install microphone system, supply and install speaker system, supply and install rack and amplifier, and tune system for better audio in room and on the Polycom phones. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.
