- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in the Revolutionary Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Overhaul (RFO) Part 12 �Acquisition of Commercial Products and Commercial Services�, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The intent of this solicitation is to award a single purchase order. The requirements will be fulfilled using FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Products and Commercial Services, to the maximum extent possible. This acquisition is reserved for 100% small business. See the attached solilcitation for details. The specifications provided are brand name or equal as supported by the attached justification.
