- This is a presolicitation notice of a future Request for Quote (RFQ N4215826QE020). The RFQ will be posted on SAM.gov on or around March 16, 2026. Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA), Norfolk Naval Shipyard (NNSY) intends to post and award a Firm Fixed Price Single Award Contract as necessary to proivde Norfolk Naval Shipyard (NNSY) in Portsmouth, Virginia with a Calibrator Kit.
