Description

Subject: Pre-solicitation for commercial vehicle rentals to support the South Dakota Army National Guard (SDARNG) in the Black Hills, SD area. Synopsis: The SDARNG requires commercial vehicles for training support during the summer of 2026. This requirement will be a Firm-Fixed-Price contract, set aside entirely for small businesses. A formal solicitation will be issued within two weeks under FAR Part 13 procedures. The contract will include a base period and four (4) one-year option periods.
