- The Indian Health Service, Navajo Area, Kayenta Service Unit, located at US Hwy 160 South milepost 394.3, Kayenta, AZ 86033, has an upcoming requirement for weed control services to prevent overgrowth of weeds at two locations, a combined 21 acres. The period of performance is a base period of nine months with four, 12-month option periods. Base Year: 04/01/2026 � 12/31/2026 Option year 1: 01/01/2027 � 12/31/2027 Option Year 2: 01/01/2028 � 12/31/2028 Option Year 3: 01/01/2029 � 12/31/2029 Option Year 4: 01/01/2030 � 12/31/2030 The North American Industry Classification System or NAICS code is 561730 Landscaping Services with a small business size standard of $9.5. The Request for Quotations No. RFQIHS1521274 in accordance with 12.201-1 will be issued on or by 03/09/2026. Evaluation factors may include technical capability to meet the government need, past performance, and price. Quotes will be due on or by 03/24/2026. The acquisition is an ISBEE set aside.
