Description

**Amendment 1** The purpose of this amendment is to publish the official Questions and Answers (Q&A) and incorporate the revised Performance Work Statement (PWS), which is included as Attachment 1 (EOD PWS REV 1 20260226). **Amendment 1 End** Please refer to the attached Combo and accompanying attachments. Any questions shall be directed to the POC�s listed below IN WRITING to the email addresses hannah.tolbert.1@us.af.mil and maureen.badey.1@us.af.mil no later than 12PM AKST on 24 February 2026. All questions will be posted and answered by amendment following this date. For a quote to be considered, it must be emailed to the Contracting Officer, maureen.badey.1@us.af.mil, and Contract Specialist, hannah.tolbert.1@us.af.mil, no later than 12PM AKDT on 13 March 2026.
