- The WVARNG intends to award a sole source firm fixed priced contract with AT&T Mobility LLC, 1025 Lenox Park BLVD NE Atlanta, Georgia 30319-5309 in support of commercial wireless mobility and cellular telecommunications services that include all wireless mobility technologies and operations and FirstNet capbility. This procuement is being conducted in accordance the FAR 6.103-1(b) One responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. The NAICS code utilized for this procurement is 517112 Wireless Telecommunications Carriers (except Satellite). This notice does not constitute a solicitation document. All information received after publication of this notice will be considered SOLELY for the purpose of market research and determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement in the future. A determination by the Government not to open the requirement to competition based upon responses to this notice is solely within the direction of the Government. Information received will be evaluated as to confirm or deny the decision to conduct a competitive procurement. The Government will not be responsible for any costs incurred by responding to this notice. The Government will not pay for information received. Please see the attached Statement of Work for more information. All inquires may be addressed to the point of contacts listed on this posting. This Notice of Intent is not a request for competitive proposals. This is not a solicitation or request for offers. No solicitation package is available and telephone requests will not be honored. Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. Interested parties may identify their interests and capability to respond to this requirement within fifteen (15) calendar days of the publication of this notice. Any response to this notice must show clear and convincing evidence that competition would be advantageous to the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether or not to conduct a competitive procurement. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed purchase order based upon response to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. No reimbursement for any cost connected with providing capability information will be provided. Please reference this Notice of Intent number on your correspondence and in the �Subject� line of your email. This is a notice of intent, not a request for a quotation.
