Email: Jonatan.rondon@va.gov The Department of Veterans Affairs, Margaret Cochran Corbin VA Campus, intends to award a sole source, one time, firm fixed price contract to Steris Corporation under FSS contract #V797D-60613 under the authority of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 13.106-1(b) (1)(ii) to Steris Corporation, 5960 Heisley Road, Mentor, OH 44060 for their single-chamber ultrasonic cleaners. # Equipment # Description Quantity 1 IWPCF InnoWave PCF Sonic Irrigator Thermal Disinfection & Robotic Program 4 2 SE130152 Install InnoWave PCF STERIS installation includes all necessary labor (non-union) and materials required to uncrate, set-in-place and assemble STERIS equipment. The NAICS code utilized for this procurement is 339112, Medical and Surgical Instruments, Equipment, and Supplies, with a Size Standard of 1,000 employees. This Notice of Intent is not a request for Proposals or Quotations. No solicitation document exists, and no telephone or email inquiries will be accepted. No contract award will be made on the basis of proposals, or quotations received in response to this notice. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement and should furnish detailed data concerning their capabilities to provide services sought including pricing data and technical data sufficient enough to determine that a comparable source to the government is available. The government may consider all Expressions of Interest received prior to March 5th, 2026. A determination by the government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
