Description

THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR QUOTES. A DETERMINATION NOT TO COMPETE THE PROPOSED PROCUREMENT BASED UPON RESPONSES TO THIS NOTICE IS SOLELY WITHIN THE DISCRETION OF THE GOVERNMENT. This is an Intent to sole source to Monaco Enterprises; please see attachment for related Statement of Work (SOW). The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) has been determined to be 541512 Computer Systems Design Services, with a large business size standard of $34,000,000. The Product Service Code for this acquisition is DA01 - IT AND TELECOM - BUSINESS APPLICATION/APPLICATION DEVELOPMENT SUPPORT SERVICES (LABOR). THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTES; no solicitation or RFQ will be forthcoming. However, interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to this requirement no later than 13 March 2026 at 8:00 A.M. Alaska Time. All documents submitted will not be returned. If any vendor beilives they can meet the requirements listed in the SOW, please reach out to Contract Specialist Gabriel Jones by email at gabriel.jones.16@us.af.mil and Contracting Officer Gerrit Tamminga at gerrit.tamminga.1@us.af.mil The capability documentation should include general information and technical background describing in detail the prospective contractor's capabilities and experience that will demonstrate the ability to support these requirements
