- The Missile Defense Agency (MDA) �Launcher� solicitation seeks prototype proposals (10 USC 4022) related to the design, fabrication, testing, and demonstration of a novel launch system. Documents up to the SECRET classification are necessary to respond to this solicitation. These documents will be provided at the request of potential offerors with an active SECRET (or higher) FCL with SECRET (or higher) Safeguarding Level.
