- Solicitation Number: 36C24626Q0261 Notice Type: Pre-Solicitation The Department of Veterans Network Contracting Office (NCO 06), Hampton, VA on behalf of the Durham VA Health Care System (VAHCS) intends to solicit a Small Business set-aside for an Audiometric Sound Room for the Greenville VA Medical Center located at 401 Moye Blvd., Greenville, NC 27834. This pre-solicitation announcement publicizes the Department of Veterans Affairs intent to solicit for an Audiometric Sound room. A Firm-Fixed price contract is anticipated to be awarded. The VA anticipates issuing a Small Business set-aside solicitation for this requirement. The solicitation and any amendments will be available in Contract Opportunities on System for Awards Management (SAM)website in Contract Opportunities at http://www.SAM.gov. Potential quoters will be responsible for downloading copies of the solicitation (and any subsequent amendments) from that website, and no hard copies will be made available. The solicitation will provide instructions to offerors about the quote submission process. Prospective Quoters are encouraged to register their interest in the solicitation on the SAM.gov website so that they are notified of the issuance of the solicitation and any amendments. Quotes will be evaluated for award after the solicitation has closed. To be considered a small business the company must be a small business under the following NAICS code: 334510-Electromedical and Electrotherapeutic Apparatus Manufacturing. To be eligible for award, contractors must be registered in SAM. Registration is free and potential quoters are encouraged to visit the SAM website and register as soon as possible.
