- DLA Weapons Support is preparing to solicit a long-term contract for NSN: 2990-011479284, VALVE,POSITIVE CRANKCASE VENTILATION. The purpose of this notice is to locate business concerns interested in manufacturing this item. The solicitation will be synopsized separately later. Contractor First Article Testing Required HIGHER LEVEL CONTRACT QUALITY REQUIREMENTS (Manufacturers and Non-Manufacturers) RT001: MEASURING AND TEST EQUIPMENT REFERENCE NUMBER:RQ032: The Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) limits distribution of export-control technical data to DLA contractors that have an approved US/Canada Joint Certification Program (JCP) certification, have completed the Introduction to Proper Handling of DOD Export-Controlled Technical Data Training and the DLA Export-Controlled Technical Data Questionnaire (both are available at the web address given below), and have been approved by the DLA controlling authority to access the export-controlled data. Instructions for obtaining access to the export-controlled data can be found at: https://www.dla.mil/Logistics-Operations/Enhanced-Validation/ The current approved sources and part numbers for this NSN are listed on the Market Research Spreadsheet. Sources interested in submitting a proposal on this solicitation should complete the attached market survey and spreadsheet and return the completed copies to Marshall Lynn at marshall.lynn@dla.mil by 3/2/2026.
