- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products and commercial services as prepared in accordance with the format in Revolutionary Federal Acquisition Regulation Overhaul (RFO) Subpart 12.212(b)(1), as supplemented in the attached Request for Quotation (RFQ). This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. A firm-fixed price purchase order is anticipated. RFO 12, Acquisition of Commercial Products and Commercial Services will be used. The solicitation number is 36C26026Q0379 and is attached. This solicitation is set aside for small businesses. This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses by reference. The full text of provisions and clauses may be accessed electronically at www.acquisition.gov. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 334517, with a small business size standard of 1200 employees. This NAICS code is subject is subject to a waiver. The FSC/PSC is 6525. The VA Portland Healthcare System is seeking to purchase a shielded x-ray cabinet Brand Name or Equal to the X-RAD 320. Service Location: VA Portland Healthcare System Building 103, E147 3710 SW U.S. Veterans Hospital Road Portland, OR 97239-2964 The period of performance will be the following: Base Year: 04/01/2026 03/31/2027 Delivery and installation required within 90 days of start of the period of performance. Vendor shall install the system within three weeks of delivery to VA Portland Healthcare System. See Statement of Work within solicitation for full requirements. Award will be based upon the evaluation factors listed in Section E of the attached RFQ. The award will be made to the response most advantageous to the Government.
