PRESOLICITATION NOTICE (SYNOPSIS) The Indian Health Service, Navajo Area, Gallup Indian Medical Center, located at 1808 W Aztec Ave Gallup NM 87301 has an upcoming requirement for Welch Allyn brand, Integrated wall systems: otoscopes, ophthalmoscope, blood pressure and thermometer. The projected Period of Performance will be 30 days from the date of award. The North American Industry Classification System or NAICS code is 339112 � Surgical and Medical Instrument Manufacturing with a small business size standard of 1,000. The Request for Quotations No. 75H71026Q00056 in accordance with 12.201-1 will be issued on or after March 11, 2026. Evaluation factors may include price and technical capability to meet the government need. Quotes will be due on or by March 23, 2026. The acquisition is 100% Indian Small Business Economic Enterprise (ISBEE) Set Aside. In accordance with 52.204-7 the offeror shall have an active Federal Government contracts registration in the System for Award Management (SAM) when submitting an offer or quotation in response to this solicitation and at the time of award.
