Description

The Indian Health Service, Four Corners Regional Health Center located at JCT US Highway 160 & Navajo Route 35, Red Mesa AZ 86514 has an upcoming requirement for a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) for Triage D-dimer test kits. Period of Performance will be a base plus four option years. The North American Industry Classification System or NAICS code is 325413 � In-Vitro Diagnostic Substance Manufacturing with a small business size standard of 1,250 employees. The Request for Quotations No. 75H71026Q00085 in accordance with the Simplified Procedures at Part 12.201-1 will be issued on or by March 11, 2026 12pm MST. Evaluation factors may include technical capability to meet the government needs and price. Quotes will be due on or by March 21, 2026. The acquisition is an Indian Small Business Economic Enterprise (ISBEE) set-aside.
