Description

The purpose of amendment 0001 to RFQ 36C26226Q0101 is to provide answers to questions from interested parties as well as provide the updated delivery address. S05 Questions and Answers Question 1: Can you clarify whether or not you require white Glove Delivery/Service? Answer 1: The white glove delivery is required as the delivery should be to the specific lab requesting the procurement and not to be received at the VA GLA Warehouse. The Contractor shall make use of commercial best practices in the packing and shipment of packages, unless otherwise stated in this order. The Contractor shall be responsible for delivery, installation, and ensuring equipment is in compliance with all protocols/guidelines/regulations for immediate use at the designated space. Contractor shall also be responsible for connecting freezer to the lab s electrical grid to ensure complete functionality at time of delivery.
