Description

**********Update 23Feb2026 The purpose of Solicitation Amendment 0002 is to 1. Provide Government responses to solicitation questions from potential offerors. Government responses to questions from industry are annotated in Attachment 12-Government Responses to Industry Questions-W5168W26RA007_Carlisle Barracks JOC. 2. Extend the proposal due date from 26 February to 10 March 2026. 3. Revise Solicitation Attachment 2: Carlisle Barracks JOC SOW - Updated 18 February 2026. 4. Revise Section L and Section M of the solicitation. 5. Revise Solicitation Exhibits D - Exhibits F (Coefficients) 6. Update FAR Clauses 7. Revise Solicitation Exhibit B - Past Performance Questionnaire All other items and conditions remain unchanged.******************************************** This requirement is for Construction services for a broad variety of small minor construction projects at Carlisle Barracks, PA. Work is to be performed in accordance with (IAW) the Statement of Work (SOW) attached to the solicitation. This is a 100% 8(a) Competitive set-aside. The contract awarded as a result of this solicitation will be a single award, Firm Fixed Price (FFP), Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Job Order Contract (JOC) consisting of an ordering period of 60-months. The time for commencement of work and the calendar days allocated for completion of work will be determined at the task order level.
