Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with part 12. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Offers are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number FA564126Q0002 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). The 764 Enterprise Sourcing Squadron intends to award a firm fixed price, sole source purchase order to Frequentis Defense Inc (FDI) located at 7000 Columbia Gateway Dr, Ste 130, Columbia, MD 21046-3158 for continued warranty and 24/7 help desk support for its ten (10) Frequentis VCS3020 IVS-IP Voice Communication Switches in the Air Traffic Control (ATC) Towers throughout the USAFE Area of Responsibility (AOR). This acquisition is not set-aside for small business concerns. This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses by reference. Previous Contract Information: FA252125F0088, BAE Systems Technology Solutions & Services Inc, 520 Gaither Road, Rockville, MD 20850-6198 The statutory authority for the sole source procurement of these services is FAR 6.103-1, ""Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements,"" as established by the Revolutionary FAR Overhaul (RFO) was implemented as of 1 Feb 2026. This notice is not a request for competitive quotes; however, the Government will consider all quotes received prior to the closing date and time of this solicitation. USAFE-AFAFRICA A3AA (Airfield Operations Branch) requires continued warranty and 24/7 help desk support for its 10 Frequentis VCS3020 IVS-IP Voice Communication Switches that were fielded by FDI. FDI will provide continued Basic Warranty and 24/7 Help Desk Phone Support for the 10 operational VCS3020 IVS-IP Voice Communication Switches in the ATC Towers throughout the USAFE AOR. The contractor shall provide fixed price commercial warranty for five (5) years, to be priced out in 5 separate 12-month increments, for the VCS3020X VoIP VCS Systems at the following USAFE Operating Locations: Ramstein AB, Germany Spangdahlem AB, Germany Incirlik AB, Turkey Moron AB, Spain Lajes AB, Portugal Aviano AB, Italy RAF Lakenheath, UK RAF Mildenhall, UK RAF Fairford, UK Chievres AB, Belgium Contract Line-Item Numbers (CLINs) Structure The contractor shall provide pricing strictly in accordance with the established CLIN structure provided below. Pricing shall be entered for each CLIN and Option period. The contractor shall not add, delete, or modify CLINs. All pricing shall be inclusive of all costs necessary to perform the requirements in accordance with the Statement of Work.
