- This amendment is issued to inform all interested vendors of the following changes to the solicitation: Additional Site Visit: An additional site visit will be conducted for all interested vendors. Date and Time: 9:30am on Friday February 27, 2026 Location: Bedford VA Medical Center Building 2 Lobby 200 Springs Rd Bedford, MA 01730-1114 Vendors are encouraged to attend the site visit to obtain a better understanding of the requirements and scope of work. Please ensure to bring proper identification and any necessary documentation. Extension of Responses Due Date: The due date for the submission of quotes has been extended. New Due Date: March 9, 2026 Time: 4:00 PM EST Please see attached document: Answers to Combined Questions from Offerors All other terms and conditions of the solicitation remain unchanged. Vendors are reminded to review all other aspects of the solicitation and consider this amendment when preparing their responses.
