- SPE7LX25RX038 NAICS: 333613 - Mechanical Power Transmission Equipment Manufacturing Mfg., 750 Employees FSC: 3040 Response Date: 02/17/2026 11:59pm Title: ACTUATOR,MECHANICAL NONAIRCRAFT NSN(s) 3040-01-603-7172, 3040-01-603-7172, and 5998-01-605-0426 are being solicited. They are procured in accordance with a complete Bid Set. The solicitation is for an Indefinite Delivery Contract (IDC) and the FOB point is Origin. The proposed procurement contains an option to extend the contract period one or more times at the discretion of the government. The total shall not exceed 5 years. Items will be shipped to various CONUS and OCONUS locations. This requirement is other than full and open, and the small business standard is 750 employees. The solicitation will be available on the Internet at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/RFP on or about 01/29/2026. Hard copies of this solicitation are not available. A written offer is required to be returned as instructed in the solicitation by the date and time specified. DIBBS quotes are not acceptable; but a PDF copy of your proposal/quote may be uploaded to DIBBS.
