Description

This is a COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION for commercial supplies prepared in accordance with the information in FAR Subpart 12.6 and Simplified Acquisition Procedures found at FAR part 13, as supplemented with the additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; a written solicitation will not be issued. PAPER COPIES OF THIS SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE AVAILABLE. The only evaluation factor associated with this synopsis/solicitation will be price. This combined synopsis/solicitation SHALL be posted on the Government Point of Entry (GPE), located at Contract Opportunities at SAM.gov. The RFQ number is N6671526RCN6003. This solicitation documents and incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through FAC 2025-06 and DFARS Change Notice 20251110. It is the responsibility of the contractor to be familiar with the applicable clauses and provisions. The clauses may be accessed in full text at this web address: https://www.acquisition.gov. The NAICS code is 541519-1 and the Small Business Standard with a standard size of 150 (number of employees). The proposed contract action is for commercial supplies for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with any Small Disadvantaged Owned small business that meet the Brand Name or Equal salient characteristics detailed in the attached Brand Name or Equal Justification. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. This notice of intent is a request for competitive proposals. All bids, proposals, or quotations received by the closing response date will be considered by the Government.
