Description

Quote Submission: Electronic copies of documents shall be submitted through the ""Solicitation Module"" of the Procurement Integrated Enterprise Environment (PIEE) suite at https://piee.eb.mil/ . For instructions on how to post an offer, please refer to the Posting Offer demonstration: https://pieetraining.eb.mil/wbt/sol /Posting_Offer.pdf. Found in PIEE Quotes are due to the Government on or before the date/time listed on the solicitation in central time. It is the contractor's responsibility to ensure their quote is received by the Government by the due date and time. The contractor SHALL provide all required documents with submission of quotes in accordance with the solicitation. The required documents are as follows: Completed SF 1449 Complete Information from Addendum to 52.212-1 of the solicitation Completed Price Schedule Attachment Signed Amendments (if applicable) Teaming/Partnering or Joint Venture Agreement (if applicable) Electronic files shall be titled with the following naming convention, Solicitation Number, Contractor's Name, Document Name. example: W911SA25QA000 ABC Services SF1449 If the Solicitation Module is down, the alternate method for quote submission is via email to the solicitation question POC listed below. If you experience an error when trying to submit your offer, you must take a screen shot of the error screen and include it with your offer documents via email to the question POC. The contractor must obtain prior approval from the question POC to use the alternate submission method. Contractor requests to use the alternate submission method must be received by the question POC no later than 36 hours prior to the quote submission deadline.
