- Update: Please review the attached Amendment 0001, to Solicitation # W51AA126QA024, for PAVIS Support Services at Tobyhanna Army Depot, Tobyhanna, PA. *There are also (5) total attachments to review containing an updated PWS, a Wage Determination, a Proposed Pricing Schedule for vendors to quote fully burdened rates per hour, an Equipment Supply List for vendors to fill in pricing per each item, and the responses to all questions that were submitted during the original solicitation timeframe. Please review the Amendment carefully and all attachments. If interested, please submit proposals via email (only) to the Purchasing Agent POC, Alicia Piercy, email: alicia.a.piercy.civ@army.mil By NLT 12:00 PM EST on February 5th, 2026. ________________________________________________________________________________________________________ This Solicitation # W51AA126QA024, is a requirement to provide Public Address/Visual Information and Television Broadcast System (PAVIS) Maintenance and Installation Services at Tobyhanna Army Depot, Tobyhanna, PA.
