127EAW26Q0002 - Stanislaus NF Admin Site Improvements Disclosure of Magnitude of the Construction Project: Between $250,000 and $500,000 Set Aside: Total Small Business Set Aside IMPORTANT NOTES: - See Section ""Required Quote Submission Documents"" for the Documents to Submit with Your Proposal - A Forest Service organized site visit has been scheduled for February 11th, 2026, 10:00 AM Pacific Time. Contractors are to meet at Summit Ranger District Office, 1 Pinecrest Lake Road, Pinecrest, CA 95364. Sites are not publicly accessible, and this site visit will be the only opportunity to view project locations. - Requests For Information (RFI�s) are required to be submitted on attachment �8. RFI Form� and are due to the Contracting Officer (Gregory.Cunningham@usda.gov) via email no later than February 18th, 2026, 1:00 PM Pacific Time. No questions will be accepted after this date and time. - All quotes shall be emailed to the Contracting Officer (Gregory.Cunningham@usda.gov) no later than March 3rd, 2026, 1:00 PM Pacific Time.
