This contract pertains to Hoptel Service (Off-site Lodging), which requires immediate procurement actions to mitigate disruptions and ensure the safety and well-being of our veterans and caregivers. This posting fulfills our commitment to transparency and compliance with Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR), specifically FAR Part 6.103-2 Unusual an compelling urgency, which authorizes contracts without full and open competition when there is an urgent and compelling need that does not allow for the delays associated with competitive procedures.
