Description
The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office (NCO) 19, hereby announces its intent to award a Sole Source, Firm-Fixed-Price Order to Automated Building Systems-Tulsa, INC. This order will be awarded in accordance with RFO FAR 6.103-1(b).. The purpose of this Firm-Fixed-Price Order is to meet the Eastern Oklahoma VA Medical Center s need for the Schneider Electric HVAC Control System. NAICS Code: 238220, Plumbing, Heating, and Air-Conditioning Contractors (SBA Size Standard: $19 Million) THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTES. However, interested parties may express their interest and capability to respond to this requirement by January 27, 2026 15:00 p.m. CST. The decision not to compete this requirement is at the Government s sole discretion, and will be based on the responses to this notice. Information received will solely be used to determine whether to conduct a competitive procurement. The Department of Veterans Affairs, NCO 19, will not be responsible for any costs incurred by interested parties in responding to this notice. Only written responses will be considered, and all submissions from responsible sources will be thoroughly reviewed. Based on an analysis of the responses to this notice, the Government will decide if a solicitation will be issued. Any potential contractor must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) to be eligible for award. Additionally, the prospective contractor must be an Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) authorized dealer, distributor, or reseller for the Department of Veterans Affairs for the proposed equipment/system, ensuring that the OEM warranty and service are provided and maintained by the OEM. All software licensing, warranty, and service associated with the equipment/system must comply with OEM terms and conditions. Interested parties should submit information via email only, using ""Response to Intent to Sole Source to HVAC Control Systems Muskogee VA Medical Center for Schneider Electric HVAC Systems in the subject line. All documents submitted will not be returned. Interested parties must provide clear and convincing documentation demonstrating their capabilities to meet these requirements to Jeffery Eller via email at� jeffery.eller@va.gov. The capability documentation should include detailed information and a technical background that describes the prospective contractor's capabilities and experience to support this requirement, to include certification from the OEM as authorized to service this requirement.
