Description

This is a Special Notice. 633 CONS intends to award a firm fixed price, sole source contract to Condortech Services, Inc. for a RemoteLock software subscription supporting Langley AFB's dormitories. The current software is currently provided by Condortech and this requirement is necessary for continuation of services. No authorized distributors or providers of RemoteLock software and registered for Government Awards via an active SAM registration, other than Condortech, are known to exist at this time. This is a brand-name requirement, and only RemoteLock software will be accepted. The software must integrate with the existing CL4510-BS Smart Lock Tubular Keypad Door Levers and will feature online Interface to monitor and manage all door locks. This requirement is 100% set-aside for small business. The intended duration of this contract shall include a base year with four option years, with the base year beginning 30 January 2026. The anticipated award date is 29 January 2026, and the anticipated contract value is approximately $400,000.00.
