- This is a Request for Quote (RFQ) for a Total Small Business Set-Aside for authorized distributors or resellers of the Brand Name: Hoke-SDV MK 1101 Multimite Trunnion Ball Valves. Please submit your quote to terra.s.roberts.civ@us.navy.mil on or before the closing date and time stated above. Late quotes will not be considered. Your quote should include the following information: Unit Price: For (2) Hoke Multimite� 79 Series 4-way valvr & (2) Hoke Multimite� 79 Series 6-way valve. Shipping Cost: If shipping is not included in the unit price, please provide a separate line item for shipping costs. CAGE Code: Your company's Commercial and Government Entity (CAGE) code. Lead Time: Estimated delivery timeframe after receipt of order. WAWF Capability: Confirmation of your ability to invoice through Wide Area Workflow (WAWF) Please refer to the attached document for the product description, quantity, and other pertinent details. The Government will award this procurement based on the best value, considering price, delivery, quality, and past performance. Please carefully review all attachments.
