- General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space: State: NC City: Asheville Delineated Area: North: S French Broad Ave/W Chestnut St to Charlotte St. East: W Chestnut/Charlotte St to Millard Ave to Phifer St. South: Phifer St West: Phifer/S French Broad St to W Chestnut St Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 11,430 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 11,430 Space Type: Office Parking Spaces (Total): 30 Parking Spaces (Surface): 30 Full Term: 10 Years Firm Term: 5 Years Tenant Improvement Allowance: $56.20 per ABOA for Others $0.00 per ABOA for Incumbent Building Specific Amortized Capital: $12.00 per ABOA for Others $0.00 per ABOA for Incumbent Additional Requirements: Cannot be Co-Located in a Building with a daycare, school, US Attorney�s Office, or Federal Public Defender Action: Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced lease is required. Offered space shall not be in the 1-percent-annual-chance floodplain (formerly referred to as �100-year� floodplain).
