- Synopsis ACTION CODE: Pre-Solicitation Synopsis DATE: 23 Jan YEAR: 2026 CONTRACTING OFFICE ZIP CODE: 35898 NAICS CODE: 335999 CONTRACTING OFFICE ADDRESS: U.S. Army Aviation and Missile Command (W58RGZ) ATTN: CCAM-AVA-B, Building 5303, Martin Road Redstone Arsenal, AL 35898-5280 (US) SUBJECT: Synopsis for the Overhaul of the searchlight of the UH-60 Blackhawk SOLICITATION NUMBER: W58RGZ-26-B-0013 CLOSING RESPONSE DATE: 6 Feb 2026 CONTRACTING OFFICER: Edward Peterson, email: edward.a.peterson4.civ@army.mil PLACE OF PERFORMANCE: Contractor�s Facility DESCRIPTION: The contractor shall furnish all services, facilities, labor, parts, materials, equipment, tools, and data (other than Government Furnished Property), necessary to accomplish the overhaul of the following assets: NOMENCLATURE: Searchlight INPUT NSN: 6230-01-653-9052 P/N: 727-1198/02 OUTPUT NSN: 6230-01-653-9052 P/N: 727-1198/02 This item is a commercial item ESTIMATED QUANTITY RANGE: Minimum 24 each � Maximum 86 each The proposed contractual action will be a single award, Firm Fixed Price (FFP), three year Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Maintenance and Overhaul (M&O) contract, with minimum / maximum quantities listed above. This is a non-critical safety item. There is no DMWR. Required delivery shall be FOB Origin. The procurement will be a 100% small business set aside. Only contractors registered as small business under the NAICS code may respond to the solicitation. All responsible sources may submit a bid, proposal, or quotation which shall be considered by the agency. The Government does not have the necessary access to the technical data needed to complete the requirement.
