- Description
- Amendment 0004 - Extends bid due date from 27Jan2026 to 10Feb2026 at 1100PDT and extends the virtual bid opening from 27Jan2026 to 10Feb2026 at 1400PST. Please be advised that the official release of amendment 0004 is temporarily delayed due to unforeseen technical issues with our contract writing system. Once system issues are resolved it will be posted to PIEE and this SAM.gov posting will be updated. Amendment 0003- 1. Provide revised Specification Section 01 22 00, ""Price and Payment Procedures"" to include ""and disposal"" in the Payment sections for the optional CLINs. 2. Revised Optional CLIN descriptions to include ""and disposal"". 3. Provide new Specification Section 02 41 00, ""Demolition and Removals"". See PIEE module for amendment documents. Amendment 0002 - Bid Opening Time is updated to 1400/02:00 P.M. Pacific Time. Note: Site visit documents associated with amendment 0001 SF30 were previously posted via PIEE.
