- Presolicitation Notice GSA Public Buildings Service U.S. GOVERNMENT General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space: State: AR City: Jonesboro Delineated Area: North: Highway 91 to North Main Street to North Church to Magnolia Road to Ponderosa Road to Peachtree Avenue to North Old Greensboro Road to Highway 49 East: Whitney Road to Kathleen Street to Highway 532 to Easley Lane to Highway 78 to Highway 655 to Deer Lake Road to Highway 641 South: Highway 664 to Gum Point Road to Cottage Home Road to Highway 463 to Ingels Road to Richardson Drive to Frog Pond Road to Harrisburg Road to Highway 1 to East Lawson Road to Highway 407 to Christian Valley Drive to Valley View Drive West: Highway 78 to Highway 555 to Mahon Street to Lacy Drive Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 14,249 Maximum Sq. Ft. Space should not be located near establishments whose primary operation is the sale of alcoholic beverages, firearms sold/discharged, or where there are tenants related to drug treatment or detention facilities. Not w/in 500' of an active, freight carrying railroad track. Space located on 1st/ground floor is best. Column spacing 20� OC is best. Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced lease is required. Offered space shall not be in the 1-percent-annual chance floodplain (formerly referred to as �100-year� floodplain). Entities are advised to familiarize themselves with the telecommunications prohibitions outlined under Section 889 of the FY19 National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA), as implemented by the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR). The U.S. Government currently occupies office and related space in a building under a lease in Jonesboro, AR, that will be expiring. The Government is considering alternative space if economically advantageous. In making this determination, the Government will consider, among other things, the availability of alternative space that potentially can satisfy the Government�s requirements, as well as costs likely to be incurred through relocating, such as physical move costs, replication of tenant improvements and telecommunication infrastructure, and non-productive agency downtime.
