- Description
- The U.S. Consulate General Cape Town is soliciting quotations for HVAC Water Treatment Preventive Maintenance Services at the U.S. Consulate General Cape Town. The requirement is a firm-fixed-price contract consisting of a one-year base period with four (4) one-year option periods. Award will be made using a Lowest-Priced Technically Acceptable (LPTA) basis. Interested vendors should refer to the solicitation package and Attachment A � Statement of Work for detailed requirements, scope, and submission instructions. A site visit will be held on February 10, 2026, at 10:00 SAST at the U.S. Consulate General Cape Town, 2 Reddam Avenue, Westlake. Prospective offerors/quoters must contact Natheer Ford at Fordn@state.gov in advance to arrange entry. Vendors shall provide the full name(s) and government-issued ID number(s) of attendee(s). Vendors intending to park on-site must also provide vehicle make, model, color, and registration number prior to the site visit.
