- NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD A SOLE SOURCE CONTRACT. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITVE PROPOSALS. The Bureau of Indian Affairs (BIA) on behalf of the Bureau of Indian Education (BIE) has entered into a sole source Firm-Fixed Price contract with DH Pace Company, Inc., under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b)(1) sole Source. Urgent to replace the non-working Sally Port Door in Building A of the Navajo Nation, Division of Justice. This request is necessary in order to allow the Corrective and Law Enforcement staff to enter/exit out of the inmate intake safely area. The anticipated delivery is February 27, 2026. No solicitation is available, and no technical questions will be answered for this requirement. The NAICS code for this acquisition is 332321.
