- The Commander Fleet Readiness Center (COMFRC), Patuxent River, MD announces its intention to procure services on a competitive basis to support the Naval Aviation Enterprise (NAE) mission of sustaining current readiness and advancing future warfighting capabilities at the best possible cost.
