- Vendor will have an existing system and service to scrape and distribute automatically BNL's job openings to State Workforce agency employment service delivery system (ESDS), Local Veterans Employment Representative (LVER�s) or Disabled Veterans Outreach Program Representative (DVOP�s) and through the appropriate Career One Stop Center to assure Vietnam Era Veterans� Readjustment Assistance Act/Jobs for Veterans Act (VEVRAA/JVA) and including individuals with disabilities (IWD) under Section 503 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973 while ensuring compliance with OFCCP regulations with capability to add BNL as a new client to existing client base.
