- Description
- The Bureau of Reclamation, Grand Coulee Power Office, Grand Coulee, Washington has a brand name only requirement for carbon brushes and holders. The anticipated issue date for the Request for Quote, 140R1726Q0009, (written) is approximately the fourth week of January 2026. Reclamation intends to award one fixed-price contract. Prospective vendors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) prior to awarding any contract resulting from this solicitation. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) is 335991, Carbon and Graphite Manufacturing. The applicable Product Service Code is 5977, Electrical Contact Brushes and Electrodes. The small business standard size is 900 employees. These items will be purchased in accordance with FAR Part 12 and 13, simplified acquisition procedures apply. This requirement will be issued as a small business set-aside. All eligible responsible sources may submit a quotation which shall be considered. The Government will evaluate quotes based on factors listed in the solicitation.
