- FY26 NEWTON JANITORIAL SERVICES 140R4026Q0014 SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE FY26 NEWTON JANITORIAL SERVICES NOTICE: THIS IS NOT A SOLICITATION, BUT RATHER A SOURCES SOUGHT SYNOPSIS TO DETERMINE POTENTIAL SOURCES FOR INFORMATION AND PLANNING PURPOSES ONLY. The Bureau of Reclamation, Upper Colorado Basin Region, has a requirement to acquire. The purpose of this sources sought notice is to identify and collect information on potential sources with the capability of providing Janitorial Services for the Bureau of Reclamation as described in the attached Draft Performance Work Statement (PWS). Based upon responses to this announcement, the Government may determine to set this acquisition aside or proceed with an unrestricted solicitation. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 561720 Janitorial services, and the related small business size standard is $22 million. The Product Service Code is S201 Housekeeping � Custodial Janitorial. This notice is not a request for proposals/quotations and the information presented in this announcement will not obligate the Bureau of Reclamation in any manner. A Firm Fixed Price is contemplated. Anticipated solicitation release date is 1/29/2026 Anticipated period of performance is 5/1/2026 - 4/31/2031 �Base Year: 5/1/2026 � 4/30/2027�Option Period I: 5/1/2027 � 4/30/2028�Option Period II: 5/1/2028 � 4/30/2029�Option Period III: 5/1/2029 � 4/30/2030�Option Period IV: 5/1/2030 � 4/30/2031 All Small Business Sources are encouraged to respond with their capabilities statement if your company is interested and can demonstrate the firm�s ability, capability, and responsibility to provide the services detailed in the attached DRAFT PWS. Interested Small Business Sources should include the following information in their capabilities statement response: (a) Business name, address, cage code, and point of contact information. (b) Unique Entity ID for SAM.gov (c) Business Size and Type: 8(a), HUBZone, Women-owned, Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned, Indian Small Business Economic Enterprise, Small Business, etc. (d) Evidence of your experience performing similar and relevant to the type and scopeof work in this announcement within the last 10 years. The evidence should includethe following: contract numbers, project titles, dollar amounts and points of contactswith email and telephone numbers. Please do not include more than 3 past projects.Include attachments cataloging the company�s equipment assets (as necessary),resources that demonstrate company responsibility and capability to performrequired work.This is NOT a request for proposals and is NOT to be construed as a commitment by the Government. Responses to the sources sought notice will be used by the Government to make appropriate acquisition decisions. No reimbursement will be made for any costs associated with providing information in response to this notice. Responses to this request for information are strictly voluntary and will not in any way effect the ability to submit a proposal or offer, nor will it have any effect on the evaluation of any contractor�s response to a future solicitation should one be issued. Prospective Contractors must be registered and must maintain an active registration in the System for Award Management, (SAM), as required by FAR 4.1102. Prospective contractors must be registered in SAM prior to submitting a proposal. Lack of registration in the SAM database will make an offeror ineligible for prospective award.
