- ***SOURCES SOUGHT for: DETO: SEPTIC SERVICES | Base + 4 Years for Devils Tower National Monument, WY The Contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, materials, tools, and transportation necessary to pump, remove, transport, and dispose of all liquid, sludge, and solids from several septic systems throughout Devils Tower National Monument.
