Description

ALL FORMAL COMMUNICATION RELATED TO THIS ACQUISITION MUST BE DIRECTED TO ATTN: CCAM-MLP Tamela Riggs, Contracting Specialist via email, tamela.d.riggs.civ@army.mil. No telephone requests will be accepted. This notice is issued to inform prospective vendors of an upcoming requirement for the procurement of COVER, ACCESS. to support the Patriot Missile System (M-D6) System. This is a Full and Open, Firmed Fixed Price (FFP), Five Year Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) type contract. The Government has rights to the technical data, engineering, tooling or manufacturing restrictions. All responsible sources may submit an offer, which shall be considered by the Agency. Vendors must be registered in SAM.gov to receive the formal Request for Proposal (RFP). In order to obtain access to the TDP, venders must have an active certification in Joint Certification Program (JCP), https://www.public.dacs.dla.mil/jcp/ext/#ext/dashboard. One contract will be awarded as a result of this requirement. The solicitation will be issued on or about March 04, 2026.
