Description

THIS IS A PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE ONLY. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL OR QUOTE; THE VA IS NOT CURRENTLY SEEKING PRICING OR OFFERS. Solicitation 36C26026R0033 for project CON 687-23-101, Repair Exterior Features at the Jonathan M. Wainwright Memorial VA Medical Center (VAMC) in Walla Walla, WA shall be posted to System for Award Management (SAM) on or about January 16, 2026 as a total set-aside for certified Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses. Proposals will be due approximately 30 days after the solicitation is posted. Period of Performance: The intended contract period of performance is 365 calendar days after receipt of notice to proceed. Description of Services: The contractor will provide all material, labor, equipment, and supervision necessary to complete the above-named project at the Jonathan M. Wainwright Memorial VA Medical Center (VAMC) in Walla Walla, WA, 99362. This project repairs exterior features including roofs, siding, foundations, windows and other appurtenances. NAICS Code: 236220 - Commercial and Institutional Building Construction and the small business size standard is $45 million. The Government is not soliciting offers at this time.
