The Department of Veterans Affairs, Omaha VA Health Care System (Medical Center) along with the VA Network Contracting Office 23, are requesting assistance from industry to gain a better understanding of commercial solutions for solid waste and recycling. This is market research may, or may not, result in a solicitation being posted.
