- Response to Question How early should we arrive to set up prior to the presentation at 9:00am? Answer: Vendors can arrive by 8:00AM for set-up Per 6.2.1.1 of the SOW where it says ""all individual components within the pack are TAA-compliant unless otherwise� authorized by the CO to place orders from a non-TAA compliant country. Answer: All vendors shall comply with 52.225-6 for all line items listed in Section D Evaluation approach. Answer: Evaluation approach is explained in Instructions to offeror s section H. VISN Customer Service representative.
