- N0016426SNB29 - REQUEST FOR INFORMATION (RFl)/SOURCES SOUGHT- Multispectral Targeting System (MTS) sustainment supplies, engineering services, teardown/inspection, test, failure analysis and repairs for components such as Pulse Width Modulators Assemblies (PWM); Power Converter Chassis, 28V DC; Field Download Kit, JTAG Programmer; 28V 600 Watt DC Power Supply and future MTS components - FSC 5998, 6120 & J059 - NAICS 334511 Issued Date: 12-JAN 2026 - Closing Date: 13 FEB 2026 MARKET SURVEY - SOURCES SOUGHT SYNOPSIS: The Government is issuing this RFl/sources sought announcement as part of a market survey. Naval Surface Warfare Center (NSWC), Crane Division is seeking information from industry pertaining to sustainment supplies, engineering services, teardown/inspection, test, failure analysis and repair for various MTS components. This effort is underway to gauge potential interest, establish the current state of industry, and assist in specification refinement and validation. Below are the part numbers of components and services required: Component Part Numbers: PN: 64PW2-7HPW, Pulse Width PN: 58WS1-03, Power Converter Chassis PN: FDK-JTAG-64PW2-7HPW, Field Download Kit, JTAG Programmer PN: 64PS1-1HPW, 28V DC Power Supply, 600 Watt Service Part Numbers: PN: 64PW2-7HPW, Repairs - Pulse Width Modulator (PWM) PN: 58WS1-03, Repairs - Power Converter Chassis PN: 64PS1-1HPW, Repairs - 28V DC Power Supply, 600 Watt PN: 64PW2-5HPW, Pulse Width Modulator (PWM) Rev 20 Repair and Upgrade PN: PN: 64PW2-5HPW, Repairs - Pulse Width Modulator (PWM) This submission may be in the form of product literature, operating instructions, and/or supplemental technical documentation that define the item(s) and associated hardware. Potential sources should also provide any test results on the item(s) if applicable. Submissions may be sent by any government or non governmental entity including commercial firms, non-profit organizations, and institutions of higher education with degree-granting programs in science and/or engineering (universities), or by consortia comprising such concerns. Responses from Small and Small Disadvantaged Business firms are highly encouraged. Firms responding should indicate if they are a small business, a socially and economically disadvantaged business, 8(a) firms, historically black colleges or universities, and minority institutions.
