Description

PRESOLICITATON SYNOPSIS: (This is not a Solicitation) SPE4A625R0338 PR 7012248857 is FOB ORIGIN, I/A ORIGIN. NSN 5315-013029532 1/G is a PIN,STRAIGHT,HEADLE; End Item: AIRCRAFT, EAGLE F-15. This solicitation is for a quantity of 29 each. Solicitation is being solicited as 100% Total Small Business Set-Aside. Government First Article and Export Control Applies. The approved sources of supply: IAW BASIC DRAWING NR 82340 116037 REVISION NR H DTD 11/22/1987 PART PIECE NUMBER: 116037-8 The required delivery for Production units is 450 days ARO. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. The solicitation issue date is on around 07/10/2025. Item cited requires data which is restricted to contractors certified by DoD to access unclassified data per DoD 5220.22M. Certification is obtained by submitting DD Form 2345, Military Critical Technical Data Agreement, to the Defense Logistics Information Services. This solicitation includes provision 52.215-9023, Reverse Auction. Since a Reverse Auction may be conducted, offerors are encouraged to access the ProcureX system to self-register and review the available training tools at: dla.procurexinc.com to learn more about how to participate in an auction. Offerors who do not self-register will be loaded at the time of auction by DLA.� A copy of the solicitation will be available via the DIBBS Website https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/ on the issue date cited in the RFP.
