Description

Amendment 2 is issued to post site visit sign-in sheet and schedule additional site visit for Wednesday 6/18/2025 at 10am EDT. Meeting at Park Maintenance shop. The address is 305 Cape Point Dr. Harkers Island, NC 28531. Due date remains June 26, 2025, 1pm EDT. Amendment 1 is issued to post questions and answers. Due Date extended to June 26, 2025, 1pm EDT. This project will Replace roofs on Harker's Island Quarters 101-(Roundhouse), Quarters 103-(Stilt-House), VIP House and adjacent laundry shed, VRP Garage, RM Garage, and Interp. shed (Interp. Cache) with architectural shingles. This project will also repair or replace siding on Harkers Island VRP Garage, RM Garage, VIP House and adjacent laundry shed, and Interp. shed with board siding and trim. Period of Performance: 8/1/2025 to 12/31/2025 This acquisition is a 100% set aside for Small Business. The NAICS Code for this requirement is 238160 Roofing Contractors $19M, other applicable NAICS code 238170 Siding contractors $19M FAR Subpart 36.204, the magnitude of construction is estimated: (c) Between $100,000 and $250,000. Type of Contract: Firm-Fixed Price Construction.
