ABB#ACH580-BCR-096A-4+F267+J045 Variable Frequency Drive NEMA 1 Enclosure 75HP Service Switch and Hand-off Auto+J405 01 unit ABB#ACH580-VCR-065A-4+F267+J405 Variable Frequency Drive NEMA 1 Enclosure Switch Service +F267 Hand-off Auto+J405-50HP 01 unit ABB#ACH580-BCR-044A-4+F267+2G405+J405+M653 NEMA 1 Enclosure Service Switch+F267 Hand-Off-Auto+J405 Multiple Motor Protectors (2)+2G405 MMP Rating 20-25 Amps+M653 30HP 01 unit Prices should be duty free and VAT exempt. Delivery within 3-4 weeks Payment within 3-4 weeks upon delivery Offerors shall be registered in the SAM (System for Award Management) database at https://www.sam.gov prior to submittal of their offer/proposal as prescribed under FAR 4.1102 for offers over $30,000. Failure to be registered at time of proposal submission may deem the offeror�s proposal to be considered non-responsible and no further consideration will be given. Therefore, offerors are highly encouraged to register immediately if they are interested in submitting a response to this requirement. Also, offeror should be complaint with NDAA. Delivery to, Colombo 0300 or NJ08902 Quotation due date and time June 30, 2025, at 12:00 hrs Sri Lankan time. The U.S. Government intends to award a contract to the responsible company submitting the lowest priced, technically acceptable offer. We intend to award a contract/purchase order based on initial quotations, without holding discussions, although we may hold discussions with companies in the competitive range if there is a need to do so.
